Lumi AGM gives a shareholder the opportunity to vote, submit a question and participate at a shareholder meeting without being present at the meeting. A shareholder logs in to the app using credentials supplied to them by the Company holding the meeting, and these credentials are securely authenticated. During the live meeting, Shareholders participating via the app have the ability to submit a question to the chairman to be addressed during Q&A using their device. They will also have the ability to select the motions they wish to vote on and any vote received from them will be captured and combined with the results received by proxy and live in the meeting room.
